I took Teaching since I was always passionate about my schooling days. I never got any encouragement to pursue it, being a male. For boys, parents generally aspire to be Doctor, Engineer, Law practitioner and so on. As per our traditional Indian mindset, teaching is best suited for girls, as a profession. Inspired by my guide, Dr. Abdul Kalam, who after completing his term as President of India, went back to academics. A notable leaders of our generation like, Ex RBVI Governor, prefer going back to academics after his term as RBI Governor. Having blessed with immense intellect and specialized professionals of their respective field of work, they felt great need to give back to the society, by contributing to academics. I feel the same and after 13 years of IT industry experience, feels great need to work in this regard. I could really make a difference to average students by clarifying the intent of education and without any fear/pressure to give the best, to attain height in academics
