• Information: We gather information from public sources for general purposes only. Contact institutes for specific details.
• Availability: HomeTutor may not be available everywhere, and services may vary based on location.
• Communication: We strive to deliver messages, but cannot guarantee it.
• Changes: We may modify or withdraw services for legal or commercial reasons.

Restricted Activities:

• Illegal Activity: Don't use HomeTutor for illegal tasks like ghostwriting or cheating.
• Academic Dishonesty: Respect your school's policies and avoid violating them.
• Harassment: Treat others with respect and avoid harmful behavior.
• Data Collection: Don't collect personal data about other users.
• Unauthorized Access: Don't disrupt the site or violate network rules.
• Spam and Fraud: Don't send spam or use the site for fraudulent purposes.

Eligibility and Conduct:

• Disclaimer: HomeTutor is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate user information.

No Guarantees:

• Use HomeTutor at your own risk. We can't promise it's perfect, accurate, or totally secure. Think "buyer beware," but for online learning.

Taking Responsibility:

• You're fully responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. Be kind and careful!

Disputes:

• By using this Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delhi, India in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement.

Tutors

• Qualifications and Legality: You must be at least 18 years old with the necessary qualifications to teach the subjects you list.
• Independent Contractor: You are not an employee of HomeTutor. You are responsible for taxes and fees related to your tutoring income. We do not issue work experience certificates.
• Public Profile: Your profile information is publicly visible, including potential search engine results.
• Liability: You are responsible for all information you publish on the platform. You indemnify HomeTutor against any liabilities resulting from your content.
• Accurate Information: Always provide accurate and current information about yourself, including qualifications, experience, and contact details (excluding personal email and phone numbers).
• Verification: Be prepared to show proof of qualifications to students or parents upon request.
• No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee you will secure a student or earn specific fees. The number of inquiries depends on your profile and responsiveness.
• Communication: Respond to inquiries promptly for best results. We are not responsible if students' contact information is outdated or unresponsive.
• Content Verification: We verify listings to the best of our ability, but students may not disclose all information.
• Fees: You are responsible for setting and clearly communicating your rates.
• Direct Payments: You and students can verify addresses before exchanging payments directly. HomeTutor is not responsible for these transactions.
• Indemnification: You indemnify HomeTutor against any claims, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.
• No Fee Reimbursement: We are not liable for reimbursing fees cancelled due to these terms.
• Respectful Feedback: Respond to student feedback respectfully and avoid negativity.
• Dispute Resolution: We are not involved in disputes between students and tutors. We encourage amicable resolution and can offer suggestions.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor as expected in a teacher-student relationship.
• Account Suspension:HomeTutor can suspend or terminate your account anytime, for any reason.
• Refund:You may clarify your doubts before you make a payment for any Membership Plan or Services offered by the Company. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.

Students

• Accurate Information: Always provide accurate and current information about yourself when registering.
• Detailed Requirements: Include as much detail as possible in your tuition requests for better responses.
• Privacy Settings: Manage your privacy settings to control unwanted calls from tutors and institutes.
• Direct Payments: Verify details before exchanging payments directly with tutors or institutes. We are not involved in transactions.
• Safe Transactions: Avoid large advance payments if you don't know the tutor well or lack contact details.
• Independent Tutors: Remember, tutors are not HomeTutor employees. Verify their qualifications before hiring.
• No Grade Guarantees: Grades depend on various factors, not solely on the tutor. Don't expect refunds based on grades.
• Respectful Reviews: Leave constructive feedback about tutors' teaching skills, using caution and appropriate language.
• Student Payments: You are solely responsible for fees paid to tutors. They are not HomeTutor employees.
• Dispute Resolution: We don't intervene in student-tutor disputes. We encourage amicable resolution and can offer suggestions.
• Professional Conduct: Behave respectfully as a student, following expected student behavior.
• Account Deactivation: We are not liable for compensation if a tutor account is deactivated or sessions discontinued.
• Informed Decisions: Carefully choose tutors and avoid unforeseen situations. We are not responsible for any resulting issues, including injury or harassment.
• Account Suspension:HomeTutor can suspend or terminate your account anytime, for any reason.
