As a student myself, I believe a teacher should be able to focus on teaching in ways that a student likes and customize their ways according to the person he is trying to teach. Every student is a different person and so the teaching approach also needs to be tweaked accordingly.
Having completed my Masters from the best Commerce College in India, I strive to deliver quality packed lecture sessions rather than long ones. I have a liking towards connecting the theory that I teach with ongoing current scenarios, which I believe will help the student going ahead. I am not a very conventional teacher and like talking to the student and talk about everything, "not in the syllabus"!
