I am an Experienced Senior Trainer from the BPO background. I specialize in - Language, Communications, Soft Skills and Telephone Etiquette, Voice and Accent Training Including Accent Neutralization.

I have an overall experience of 24 years. I have spent over 17 years in the BPO Industry. Out of these almost 10 years have been spent in Coaching and Training individuals for various clients - UK, US and Australia.

During this tenure I have had the opportunity to coach individuals one on one, as well as in classroom.
