It is very difficult for me to say about myself. Teaching is not only my profession it is also my passion. I am in this teaching field since last 13 years. My policy is that first of all to create interest among the students about the subject. Once the students get interest in the particular subject the job of learning and teaching become very easy. I make sure that the subject matter should be co-related with the real life experience of the students, so that the students enjoy the subject.
Before starting the subject I tell my students that why they have to study a particular subject, how it will make impact on their life. I believe that a teacher is like a bag-piper where the students follow their teacher and it is the responsibility of teacher that students enjoy the subject while studying.
