I have motivated my students to do well in their studies.I am an innovative person and I always find a new method to teach the students as different student has different grasping power.So deepening what is the weakness of the student, I always tired to make my student realize that his/her weakness is just his mind setup if he tired a little harder he will overcome his/her weakness.
