The unique element in my teaching is the two-way communication that I develop with my students. In my class, you will see that the students are freely expressing their opinions about a subject and are debating openly. Even the students who are shy or academically weak find it easier to express themselves. This ensures that the students find the subjects interesting and are deeply involved in the learning process.I have good communication and social skills, which I think will help me in developing and maintaining a positive and effective learning environment in the classroom. I think children will find it easier to connect with me and share their problems and emotions.I think my core strength as a teacher has been my perception. I have the ability to observe a student’s behavior and performance in the classroom and identify his/her learning problem and needs. I find myself lucky to have helped many under performing students gain confidence and learn effectively.
