I am Hemalatha, Maths tutor. i am able to teach maths upto XII: able to teach maths and maths related subjects such as Operations Research, Linear Programming, Discrete Maths, Numerical Maths for Bcom, BBA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCA, BE, BTech , Diploma Courses.  I am very approachable to the students. I can easily the student's level of understanding of subjects, come to the student's ability level  and teach; teaching of short cut methods in remembering the formulae, in solving problems;  not blind teaching  but explaining with reasons to follow and to solve problems with apt method and formulae.  
Giving small tests after one week of initial classes, ie each test consists of 3 questions out of the portion of 10 questions; then gradually increasing the portion for repeated successive tests / revisions and also the test size. This will lead the students not to afraid about the tests and make them casual to attend the tests with interest.
